Tongliao Jiaojian Aluminum Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive large-scale modern enterprise integrating the aluminum alloy extrusions research and development, design, production and design. It’s affiliated with the industrial group of the Zhongqi Holding Group—Zhongqi Kaijian Group. The company is situated in the Inner Mongolia Tongliao Khorchin Industrial Park. It’s adjacent to Tongshun Aluminum Factory and Tongliao Thermoelectric Factory. With the registered capital of 11.288 million Yuan, and covering a land area of 330,000 m2, the company boasts the nationwide industrial product production license. The project’s design and production scale is 100,000 tons of aluminum. Phase I project has the domestic advanced smelting, extrusion, anodizing, coloring, electrophoretic coating, electrostatic powder spraying, fluorocarbon powder coating, heat insulation off-bridge and wooden transfer production line and boasts the advanced precise testing instrument and equipment, providing a reliable security for producing quality product; phase II project will concern the in-depth processing of aluminum. The large-section extrusion curtain wall and die-casting aluminum alloy parts production will be built. It will expand the industrial chain and secure the steady and sound corporate development. The product solely takes the quality liquid aluminum as the raw material. One-stop production ranging from the raw aluminum to the finished production is achieved. It can be widely used in such sectors as the building, train, bus, home appliance, electronics and package.
